Our goal is to find permanent, secure and attentive homes for our rescued dogs, and we know you want the best dog for your situation. Interested parties must first fill out an profile/applicaton available at our website (www.GSP-Rescue.org). This profile will assist us matching the dog most suited to your needs and interests.

About German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of Southern California

We are a breed-specific Rescue specializing in German Shorthaired Pointers (GSPs). As a not-for-profit organization, we operate through volunteers and networking to assure proper placement and lifetime assistance for each dog and enjoyment by adopting families. GSP Rescue takes purebred GSPs from any situation for careful evaluation and placement. All dogs are altered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and come with a warranty contract which provides lifetime training and support.

So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
