About Our Shelter:
We are The Guernsey County Dog Pound. We are a pound and NOT a shelter. Unfortunately euthanasia takes place at our facility. Our facility is county run. Unfortunately this means dog only have a short time with us before we are forced to destroy them. We welcome anyone interested in adopting a dog. We are always getting new dogs in. We get them in every shape and size, and they are usually just looking to have someone to love.We are rescue friendly!
We always are in need of donations, both monitary and items such as food, treats, toys, bedding, collars and leashes.
VOLUNTEERS are always NEEDED to come and walk the dogs. Please call for more information
