About Our Rescue Group:

My name is Hope Loy and I am a young girl with a motive to help homeless dogs. We are a non-profit rescue group and have just started. We except donations of any kind. For more information about Homes of Hope or me e-mail me at homesofhope1@yahoo.com

Come Meet our Pets:

You can call us at 361-852-6840 Monday-Friday 5:00pm-8:00pm. Saturday-Sunday 10:00am-9:00pm. If you want to meet a pet call us and set a date. If you want to put your name down on our "Possible Adopter's" list, call us and tell us what breed you are looking for, your address, and your phone number.

Our Adoption Process:

For you to be able to adopt a Homes of Hope dog you must first fill out an adoption form and get it approved by me. Then you can play with the dog and we will note how you interact with the dog, if it goes well and we appproved your adoption form then you and the dog have found there forever friend. There is no adoption fee but we are asking for a donation of any sort to help the next needy dog. We also do house inspections to make sure things are going well.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
