SCRG is a nationwide Siberian rescue organization. We try to place locally, near the current location of the cat so that the Siberian would not have to be shipped to the new home.

About Our Rescue Group:

SCRG rescues & rehomes purebred Siberian Cats. Our goal is to find "fur" ever homes for each kitty that comes to us. As the Siberian breed increases in popularity there will be more of a need for rescue for what ever reason. We do this because we love the breed and if we don't speak for the cat who will.

Come Meet our Pets:

Our cats would all be in private foster homes. The best place to view the kitties available would be on the web page. Email for current availability.

Our Adoption Process:

Our rescue kitties will be completely up to date on all vaccines, neutered and vet checked before they leave foster care to go to their new homes. Any behavioral issues will be completely disclosed. We do have a contract and we do screen from an application located at the web site.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
