K9 Lifeline Rescue
About Our Rescue Group
K9 Lifeline Rescue (K9LLR) is a small group of caring individuals who volunteer their valuable time to work hard in finding forever homes for dogs, puppies and any animal that our hearts lead us to. We work closely with rural shelters where adoptions are low and putting animals to sleep because of space is always a problem for them. These animals deserve a chance at a happy, healthy life too and we are proud to be able to make this happen. K9LLR also helps families who can no longer keep their pet for various reasons (moving, financial, allergies) find new loving homes for them before they have to take them to a shelter!
Come Meet our Pets
All pets are in foster homes until adopted. Pets can be viewed by appointment only to PRE-APPROVED applicants.
Our Adoption Process
All of our adopters are required to complete an online application. (you can obtain this application on our website) We verify vet references on all previous pets. We also conduct a phone interview with the applicant. WE REQUIRE ALL PETS TO BE SPAY OR NEUTERED!
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog
or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from
a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
