Pets at Our Rescue Group:

About Our Rescue Group:

We are a family who has owned rotties for over 12 years and been doing rescue for 5 years, we love rotties and rescuing is our passion. Rottweilers are an unfairly maligned breed, so part of what we do is educate the public about the real rottie vs. "the myth" perpetuated in the media. Rottweilers are a wonderful breed and deserve to be owned by people who appreciate them and their positive qualities.

Come Meet our Pets:

All of our fosters are housed in private homes, not a shelter facility. You can call us for more information on any of the rotties we have available for adoption or visit our website.

Our Adoption Process:

1) Completed Adoption Application.
2) Three personal references and one vet reference (REFERENCES ARE CHECKED).
3) Adoption Donation of $150.

Many times people ask us about the thoroughness of our adoption process. It is our priority to place our rescued rottweilers in forever homes that are best suited for them. The rescued rotties safety and welfare are of the utmost importance to us and therefore it is necessary to thoroughly screen potential adopters.

Our Adopted Pets:

We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
