About Our Rescue Group:

Amazing Grace Rescue is a 501(3)c non-profit group dedicated to saving cats and dogs in and around the Houston, Texas area. Any and all donations are gladly accepted.

Come Meet our Pets:

Weekly adoption events canceled until further notice. Occasionally we are able to attend the adoption events at PetCo on North Eldridge (12310 FM 1960 in west Houston). Please e-mail us if you are interested in any of our animals needing homes. Thank you!

Our Adoption Process:

Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all shots and an obedience training class that takes place in the Spring area.

Prior to adopting, an application form is submitted and a home check is done. An adoption contract is signed upon adoption. The adoption donation is $75.00.

To be considered for adoption, you must allow the pet to live indoors and have a fenced yard. We do not adopt to families with children under 12.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
