About Our Shelter
We are a well established veterinary clinic that is also the impound facility for the city of Cottage Grove, MN. After a holding period of 7 days, the pet becomes adoptable if not claimed by the owner. Each pet has a physical exam, appropriate testing, stool samples checked for parasites, and vaccinations.

We are located at 7663 79th St. S. in Cottage Grove, MN 55016 (across from the public library)
Our hours for adoptions are M,W, and Thurs from 8:00am-6:00pm. Tues, and Fri from 8:00am-8:00pm.

Our Adoption Process
Our adoption fees are $50.00 per pet and includes vaccinations, exams, and all appropriate testing(heartworm, feleuk/FIV).

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
