About Our Rescue Group:

We are a small nonprofit kitten rescue organization. We take in abandoned/orphaned kittens and bottle feed them if that young. Our kittens are raised in foster homes. When they are eight weeks or older, healthy and social, we place them adoption.

Come Meet our Pets:

Since we utilize the foster home system, we do not have a central location where you can meet all of our kitties at once. Please contact us to set up a "meet and greet" appointment with the kitties you like.

Our Adoption Process:

We do require you to fill out an Adoption Contract. Adoption fees are:
$85 for one kitten, $145 for a pair and $195 for a trio. Adult cats are $60. Senior discount (human seniors) adoption fee is $60 per cat.

Your adoption fee helps us recover a small portion of the costs we pay for each kitty. Your feline friend will be current on the FVRCP vaccine,flea and earmite treatment, deworming and has received the FeLV/FIV test.

Your fee also pays for the spay/neuter surgery when the kitty reaches five/six months of age. If done with our Vet., the charge is immediately put on Kitty Haven's account. If done at another Vet., just send us a copy of the spay/neuter receipt or certificate and we reimburse you the cost we currently pay at our Vet.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
