Pets at Our Rescue Group:

About Our Rescue Group:

I am a private individual cat rescuer. I love cats passionately and want every one to have a loving and safe home. It is an impossible dream but I am committing my time, energy and personal funds to doing as much as I can to make it come true. My adoptables can be seen by appointment only on evenings and weekends, as I have a full time "normal" job and do my rescuing and adopting in my personal time.

Come Meet our Pets:

All my available pets can be seen on my website, or on the petfinder website under the shelter name Purrful. I update my website daily and also post pleas for home for pets belonging to individuals. All adoptables are fixed, vaccinated and vetted prior to adoption unless there are special medical circumstances.

Our Adoption Process:

I have a two page adoption contract to be completed and a small fee is generally charged to offset medical bills. Individuals wishing to adopt are judged on their love for the animal and ability to safely care for it. Each adopter is evaluating individually rather than imposing a particular set of rules.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
