Pets at Our Rescue Group:

About Our Rescue Group:

We are a network of independent cat rescuers in the Cincinnati area. Our goal is to work together to help humanely reduce the feral(wild), homeless, and stray cat overpopulation problem in our city. We do this through TNR ~ TRAPing, NEUTERing, and RETURNing the cats to their familiar, managed colony so we can help stop the breeding and production of homeless kittens.

The cats that we do not return to their colonies ~ the friendly and tame, baby kittens, the injured or special needs ~ are fostered in our own homes until we can place them into permanent LIFETIME homes...that's where we NEED YOU!

Community!^..^!CATS is committed to being the "catalysts" for these homeless cats living outdoors and improving their lives for the better ~ through spay and neuter, by recognizing their right to live in our environment, and by helping change the way feral cats are treated in our city. Help us spread the word about TRAP-NEUTER-RETURN!

Come Meet our Pets:

Please click on our website link above to access our online ADOPTION APPLICATION. The foster home phone number may also be provided in the cat's description if you have more questions about the kitty.

Your application will be forwarded to the foster home where the cat you are interested in is living and they will contact you as soon as possible. WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER, but are a network of independent foster homes in the Cincinnati area. The foster home is responsible for explaining the adoption process, fee, medical history and personality of the cat they are fostering.

Our Adoption Process:

Once you have met the cat of your dreams in our foster home, and both parties agree that it is the RIGHT match for both human and feline, we ask the adoptive families to sign a contract to ensure our foster kitty has a lifetime of proper care and, if for any reason the adoptive family cannot keep the cat, it is returned to the appropriate foster home in the communty!^..^!CAT network.

We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
