We provide temporary care for stray, abandoned, and unwanted cats. Maintain records on lost/found pets. Seek homes for pet adoptions. We are advocates of TNR, to help enforce laws pertaining to animal welfare, and we take legislation action. Reducing feline euthanasia in our community (Central Texas) by requiring 100% spay/neuter prior to adoption of all cats in our care.

About Our Rescue Group:

A volunteer organization that rescues, feeds, and cares for homeless cats. Our mission is to rescue abused, neglected and/or unwanted animals and give them a new home. We are primarily a volunteer organization that does TNR, while we have a small sanctuary we are mostly non-sheltered.

Come Meet our Pets:

Please call for an appointment for most of our cats are being fostered and we would have to make arrangements for the cat you are interested in to be here for the visit.

Our Adoption Process:

Prospective adopters are screened to insure the success of their new pet adoption. The perfect adopter is one that is a committed and humanely responsible. Veterinarian references are preferred but not always necessary. If you have lots of love to give, we want to talk to you! There is a $50 adoption fee for all the cats, except other Rescues the fee will be waived.
If you are interested in one of Kathy's cats or kittens, please call her directly at 254-681-9784 (between 8 am - 9 pm). Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
