Dog adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog and you'll have a friend for life! Contact us, or contact another local humane society, animal shelter or SPCA.
~If your looking for a companion or family pet the American Pit Bull Terrier fills that roll completely. They are one of the most loyal breeds out there. A properly socialized APBT is a wonderful dog around and with children. They can and do live in multi dog households and they can and do get along with other animals if socialized around them, such as cats.
~If you have time to volunteer then get busy! Look for rescues in your area or visit your local shelters. They are always in need of warm bodies to give much needed TLC to the dogs awaiting homes. The sad reality is that some will not get the luxery of a new home, they will run out of time and will be euthenized. Volunteers that give their time to those dogs may be the first and last bit of love and kindness they will ever receive. Give them that gift.Stop in and play with one or two, or more dogs. Just spend time with them because all they have is time~
~The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, shots, wormings, vet examination, heart worm test, all vetting of our dogs~
Why should you adopt?
Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
