About Our Rescue Group:

Our mission is to “inspire a community where people value animals”. Our vision is to create a place where all dogs and cats have a loving home in which to live out their natural lives. We share a vision of a better future where animals play the unique role in making the world a better place for people. The Everett Shelter has been working diligently for the past two years to lower its euthanasia rate of adoptable animals, but they can’t do it alone. In the past three years they have built up a rescue network of over 100 rescues to help alleviate the over crowding. In 2005 the shelter started a Foster Program to help place animals who need time to heal or more time to find a home.

We want to help stop the euthanasia of adoptable animals who have easily treatable ailments and are facing death because there is no money in the budget. This is just one of the amazing projects ARF is working on right now. With you as a partner, we are and can do it.

Our Adoption Process:

Because our animals are in a foster home network, you can visit with any of the animals on our site by emailing or calling 425-257-6011 and arranging a meeting. All our adoptable animals are spayed or neutered and micro chipped.

Our Adopted Pets:

We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder? When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
