Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:

LOYAL is a foster home based rescue with foster homes located throughout Southern Ontario. We have no viewing hours as our dogs are cared for in private homes.

We do attend a number of adoption events in Ottawa and the GTA where some of our adoptable dogs are in attendance. For upcoming event information, please follow us on Facebook

About Our Rescue Group:

We are a group of dedicated volunteers who focus our time and energy to help dogs in need. Whether that be as a foster parent, an administrator, home visitor, or transporter, our combined efforts have helped save 200-300 dogs a year.

We take great pleasure in knowing that the dogs that have been in our care, are living in the comfort of their furever homes as beloved companions

Join us and help save lives, one dog at a time.

Our Adoption Process:

In order to adopt from us, you need to complete an adoption application. Follow this link

Once the application is completed, it will be reviewed for suitability, and if yes, we will book a telephone interview with you, and check the veterinary and personal references that you provided. If that goes well, a home visit will be booked, and if your home is safe, the adoption can proceed. You will be required to execute and adoption contract and pay a set adoption fee

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
