Dog adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog and you'll have a friend for life!
Contact us, or contact another local humane society, animal shelter or SPCA.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties: We serve all of the tri-state; that is, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. We serve other states as well if the person interested in the dog or puppy is willing to drive to pick up the dog/puppy upon approval of adoption.
HOPE Pet Rescue
About Our Rescue Group
We are a small group of passionate and dedicated volunteers whose aim it is to get dogs and puppies out of shelters and into foster homes. We acclimate the dogs and puppies to homes, teach them "rules of the house," get them all their shots, and have them spayed/neutered before they are adopted.
Come Meet our Pets
We are located in various foster homes in the greater Cincinnati Ohio area.
Our Adoption Process
After a person inquires about a pet, an adoption application is sent and requested that it be sent back for review. If the adopter's family is an excellent match with the needs of the dogs, an appointment is set up for the adopter and his/her family (along with other canine members) to see if all get along. If they do, the family is allowed to adopt the dog or puppy at that time.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog
or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from
a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
