We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties: We are located in Fitzgerald, Ga but we service Abbeville, Ga and Ocilla, Ga. Our prices are the lowest in this area and we have recently received donations to upgrade our inside kennels. Please come visit us sometime. We do ship pets out of Atlanta airport when the need arises.

About Our Shelter

Calling our county shelter will connect you to Betsy or Joy. We have worked at our shelter for many years and have many happy memories of pets going to caring homes. There are many kind volunteers who help us. We also have a volunteer photographer and webmistress for our website.

Come Meet our Pets

You may come to our shelter if you are local or we can ship your pet to you out of the Atlanta, Ga airport. The charge for this would depend on the size of your desired pet. We charge only the crate, the airline flight, the vet's health certificate, and the gas to get there.

Our Adoption Process

Our fees are $60 for dogs and $40 for cats. If we are placing a pet who is already spayed/neutered, we offer that pet to you for $10.

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
