Cactus Cats Rescue
About Our Rescue Group
Cactus Cats Rescue is a group of volunteers, most of whom have been in the rescue 'business' for 30+ years. We are dedicated to finding forever homes for every kitty! All of our kitties reside in foster homes with knowledgable and caring foster parents and their families. We work closely with other rescue groups and animal shelters.
Come Meet our Pets
Cactus Cats Rescue is currently a Petsmart Store Adoption Partner in the East Valley - Gilbert/Mesa at Loop 202 and Power Rd. We have volunteers available every Saturday and Sunday from 11-4.
Our Adoption Process
Cactus Cats Rescue has adoption proceedures that are strictly followed. All of our animals are previously altered and have had at least their first vaccine or a booster. Every cat is tested for FIV/FeLV and cared for by knowledgable foster parents in loving environments. Our adoption fee is $80. We will consider a discount if the adopter is interested in more than one kitty at the time of adoption or if the cat is a 'special needs' or an older cat.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat
or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder?
When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from
a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
