Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:

Bucks County and the surrounding areas, we have no restrictrions to out of state adoptions.

About Our Rescue Group:

Wet Nose Rescue is a non-breed specific dog rescue and we help all breeds that need to find homes. We work with shelters that face over crowding and are totally foster based. We do not have a shelter where we kennel dogs but we do have an Adoption Center.

Our Adoption Process:

-We try and keep our adoption process simple. Our application is located on our website, www.wetnoserescue.org, we ask for a vet reference if you currently have one, if not a personal and work reference. If you are approved and do wind up adopting from us, you will be required to sign an adoption contract. Our fees from puppies six months and under are $175 and of that $50 is a deposit for spay/neuter. Once you have that done and we receive proof from your vet, you will receive your deposit back or you can choose to donate it if you wish. Spaying or Neutering is a requirement under our contract. Dogs over six months are $150.

Our Adopted Pets:

We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
