About Our Rescue Group
Many animals get dumped here because people think they are freeing them in the woods but they can't fend for themselves and don't stand a chance with the wildlife and snowy cold winters. Our closest county shelters are over 60 miles away and are usually full so we find foster homes, tend to their medical needs, spay/neuter and love them until we can find a permanent home.
Our Adoption Process
We will email or fax a application that must be completed. We require it to help determine if your home and the animal are a good match. Each animal has different medical costs involved and we try to get reimbursed for the costs with an adoption fee which differs by animal. There may be exceptions and we will try to work with the 'right' family or person. If we are able to match you with an animal, we require a final adoption form.
