Refuge RR for horses adopts out under contract only.Meaning there are no adoption fees and the animals remain the permanant property of the refuge .The adoptor are not allowed to sell,give,breed,send to slaughter their animal.If they do not want it or cannot keep it they must return it to the Refuge.
Refuge RR for Horses reserves the right to check up on the animal at any time and if they are not kept in the conditions agreed upon then we have the right to take him/her back.
