About Our Rescue Group

We do what we can with the donations we receive to tend to the abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs of Chester County. We are a network a foster homes. If you are interested in donating or fostering. Please contact us.

Our Adoption Process

We require you fill out an adoption application. You must provide references to include a veterinarian. If you don't have pets currently and don't have a vet, we require you secure the services of one before you are approved to adopt. Better to have a vet and not need one that need one and not have one. Once you are approved and you have selected the pet you would like to adopt, we insure that pet is up to date with any age appropriate vaccinations, has been spayed or neutered and has a negative result on a heartworm test. At the time of adoption, you will be required to sign an adoption contract and pay a donation of $125 which is used to prepare others for adoption.

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
