About Our Rescue Group:

Gulf Coast Canine Rescue and Rehab's mission is to provide a "Refuge of Hope" for all canines who have suffered injuries, neglect, or abuse or who are about to undergo euthanisia due to extenuating medical illnesses or injuries at local shelters due to lack of space/funding. It is our goal to provide a nurturing environment where these dogs/puppies can receive the medical attention they need and end their undue suffering and begin their journey towards a healthy life and joining a new permanent family.

Our Adoption Process:

We have a one page contract and an adoption fee of $100.00 per adult dog and $75 for puppies under the age of eight weeks. We ask that a vet referrence be provided and that you have a fenced in yard.

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
