We serve all of Raleigh and surrounding counties...We foster in our homes and therefore are limited to the number of animals that we take in. We will adopt out of state; however we do not ship our pets under any circumstances. You must be willing to drive to Beckley WV to pick up your new family member or transportation can be arranged with the adopter paying transportation fees.

About Our Rescue Group:

We are a small private rescue organization that fosters in our homes. Most of the animals are puppies that we are trying to keep from going to our high kill shelter that still gasses. When we adopt the puppies we spay mom at little or no cost to the owner. We occasionally take in older dogs under special circumstances. We also assist owners in rehoming their pets rather than going to our local shelter. We try to make a difference in these animals lives and strive to educate the public on responsible dog and cat ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering your pets. We work a full time job so email is the only way of contacting our organization at this time. All emails are answered within 72 hours.

Come Meet our Pets:

Most adoption take place in Beckley, WV.....sometimes we can be found at the local pet store and feed store on the weekends....after a completed application is received you can make arrangements to meet our pets....

Our Adoption Process:

Our fees for adoption starts at $35. You are required to sign a contract that states that the animal must be spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption or 30 days of becoming sexually mature. You are required to notify DREAMS OF HOME if you need to find another home for your pet.

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
