SUGARFOOT FARM RESCUE
About Our Rescue Group
We are a small farm in Kentucky, originally to buy and sell horses. We have found however, that there are so many dogs being euthanized locally, that we have changed our mission to be SUGARFOOT FARM RESCUE for dogs.

Our mission is to adopt animals in danger and provide for their health concerns. Our goal is to place all rescued animals into good homes.

Before an animal is adopted, they each receive a health exam, shots, wormer, and are either spayed or neutered.

Once an animal is safe and healthy, they are adopted out to handpicked families that will provide good homes for them.

We love our pets and want to adopt them out to people who will love them as much as we do!

Come Meet our Pets
Our pets are all kept with us at SUGARFOOT FARM. Our address is 860 Sparksville Rd., Columbia, Ky. 42728.

Interested adoptors are urged to call us at 270-378-4521 or email at peg@sugarfootfarm.com.

Our Adoption Process
All of our pets are adopted out only to a good home, so an interview process is included.

Donations are accepted.

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
