We are located in Northeastern Alabama on the Georgia line. We serve Northeast Alabama, Southern Tenn, and northwestern Georgia. Our goal is to find adoptive homes for all our animals. We will transport to further locations if necessary.

About Our Shelter:

Cherokee Humane Society, Inc. is a no kill limited admision adoption center. We house 25 animals on site and use a network of Foster Homes for both cats and dogs. We are a non profit and rely on donations and grants to cover expenses. . See our web site for application.
