We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties: We are a small foster based rescue located in the South San Francisco Bay area of California. We bring dogs from shelters throughout the Bay area into our program and evaluate them in a foster home setting for a minimum of 30 days prior to adoption.
Our Pack, Inc
About Our Rescue Group
Our Mission is to promote compassion and kindness toward Pit Bulls by creating breed ambassadors through both in-shelter and foster-home training. We will empower potential adopters to be responsible Pit Bull owners and assist, as needed, in the life-long bond between a Pit Bull and its person. Our Pack will also educate the public about Pit Bulls as wonderful pets.
Our Adoption Process
All our dogs have been thoroughly evaluated and temperament tested, both at the time of intake and throughout the foster period. Foster periods last for a minimum of 30 days, during which time each dog works on obedience skills, social skills, house manners, and bonding with his/her foster humans. Our Pack abides by The Pit Bull Rescuer's Code of Ethics.
Our dogs are spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. There is a $150.00 adoption fee to help cover any vet or housing costs. There is a 30 day foster to adopt contract and we will work closely with potential adopters to make sure that we have a good match for a forever home.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog
or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from
a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
