About Our Rescue Group:

Our mission is to place homeless and unwanted cats in safe, loving and forever homes.

Our cats will be spayed/neutered, have current vaccinations, be tested for FIV/FELV and be ear-mite free. Since we are a rescue it is impossible for us to do any other testing than what is included above. We strongly suggest that any cat or kitten adopted from us or any other organization be taken to your local vet and checked out also. Kitty Kat Rescue will only adopt out cats and kittens that are healthy to our knowledge.
We are always in need of volunteers and donations so that we are able to give the cats the best care until they are adopted.

Our Adoption Process:

Our normal adoption fee is $80.00. We have an adoption agreement that we will go over with the prospective adopter. It includes various requirements to adopt. For instance we do NOT declaw our cats. If you intend to declaw the cat we will not adopt it out. If you have to have a cat that is declawed we will encourage you to adopt one that has already been declawed'. Our kitties must be kept indoors and if you plan to adopt a very small kitten and you work all day-please reconsider the kitten and take an older one. The babies cannot be left alone all day.
