Fee for dog adoption is $85 and cats $70. This includes all necessary vetting. Their is an application and contract which can be downloaded at www.ginnyspetrescue.faithweb.com and emailed to ginnyspetrescue@gmail.com. If an adoption takes place on contract without spay or neuter a donation to the rescue is asked for and you will be required by law to do the vetting and I will check up with your vet to see when it is done. The animal can be taken back by the rescue if you fail to comply.

We are a family of animal lovers and we started this rescue September of 08 when we found 6 newborn puppies on a mountain road. Taking them home we nurtured them to find homes for them. We take in strays, abandoned and shelter puppies. We provide all vetting needed to adopt.

Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
