Pets at Our Rescue Group:
Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:
We serve the northwest suburb area.
Our cats and kittens are housed in a private residence in Elmhurst, IL. They are socialized, played with, and given extra love. We treat each cat as if it were our own and provide genuine vet care to each.
We are a group of passionate volunteers and determined cat lovers. Our mission is to reduce the number of feral and stray cats on our streets. We practice TNR-Trap, Neuter, Return. With the help of volunteers, and our partner organization Feral Fixers, we trap feral and stray cats, fix them, and release them. If the cat is friendly enough, we take them in and adopt them out to loving families. We house litters and rescued kittens, vet them, spay/neuter, and find forever homes for them as well. All of our funding comes from generous donations and fundraisers. We are always looking for donations and helping hands!
Come Meet our Pets:
Our kitties are located in Elmhurst at a private residence. You can view these lovable companions by appointment. We are always getting more and more cats and kittens. They range from 8 weeks to adult.
Our Adoption Process:
Our goal is finding each kitten a warm, loving, forever home. We require each applicant to fill out a one page application. To make sure our kitties will be properly vetted in the future, we do vet checks on pets you might have owned in the past. In addition to vet checks, we make sure you are allowed pets if you rent-therefore, we check with landlords if applicable. The application can be done over the phone, by e-mail or in person. We sometimes prefer by phone or e-mail, so we can have the vet checks done before you arrive to view the kittens. The adoption fee includes your kittens veterinarian exam, feline leukemia test, distemper, spay/neuter, mite check, shots and de-worming.
