Every day 10,000 humans are born in the U.S. and each day 70,000 puppies and kittens are also born. As long as these birth rates exist, there will never be enough homes for all of the animals. As a result, millions of healthy, loving cats, dogs, kittens and puppies face early deaths as a form of animal control. Others are left to fend for themselves against automobiles, the elements, other animal and cruel humans. You can help just by spaying and neutering your pets, don't ever buy from a pet store, as almost every one of them uses some form of a pupy mill, and remind people to support and ADOPT from a shelter or rescue. Thank you.

About Angels On Wheels Animal Rescue NFP

WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF FOSTER HOMES!

Please go to our website at www.angelsonwheels.org, and click on the fostering tab for more information about fostering

Angels on Wheels Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3), non-for-profit, state licensed organization. We are composed of animal-loving volunteers that work vigorously to make a difference in the lives of abandoned animals. We are dedicated to finding and saving neglected and unwanted animals from high kill shelters on death row to give them a second chance for life.

Our purpose is to keep these babies out of already crowded Animal Control Facilities, to provide them with proper medical treatment and then wonderful homes. If you need assistance with Spaying and Neutering your animals, please contact us.

We can't save these babies without your help. Please consider fostering, helping with transporting animals, volunteering by feeding and watering the kittens at Petco, helping with adoption days or donating; either monetary, old pet carriers, blankets, food, newspaper, paper towels, toys, the list is endless. Most importantly please, please spay and neuter all of your pets. It takes two to have a litter.

We may not be able to change change the world, but together, we can change the world for some.

Thank you for viewing our animals, considering adoption instead of buying and for your generousity.

Angels On Wheels Animal Rescue NFP's adopted pets

Adopt a Pet is the easiest way for you to search for a new pet in Naperville, IL.

Support adoption and rescue. Why go to a dog breeder, cat breeder or pet store to buy a dog or buy a cat when you can adopt?

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life.

What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder?

When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.

So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
