I started rescuing German Shorthaired Pointers and English Pointers in 1997. I am a bird hunter and this is a bird hunting breed with special requirements. I have competed in field trials throughout the United States and even put an AKC Master Hunter title on a rescue dog in 1998.

All potential Adopters must fill out our Adoption Questionaire. If approved, we have a wriiten contract which includes a return policy. Our Adoption Donation is $250.00 which includes complete health exam, spay/nueter, vacinations, worming ect.
Pointers are very soft personalities but I temperment test everyone.

So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
