About Our Rescue Group

All About Rescue, Inc. is a small dog rescue organization dedicated to rescueing and rehabilitating (medically and behaviorally) abandoned and unwanted dogs and working to find them furever homes... one at a time.

Meet and Greet's can be arranged by appointment which will allow you to interact and spend time with the dog you have interest in!

Our Adoption Process

Are you interested in a dog in our program? If so, please e-mail us at AllAboutRescue@live.com and we will promptly send you back an adoption application to be completed. Once filled out, please fax the application back to (805)435-7496 and upon our receipt we will contact you to set up a "meet and greet". This will allow you to interact and get to know the dog you are interested in! Home visits are done before the completion of adoptions in order to ensure the compatability and safety of you, your existing pets and your potential new family member.

All dogs in our program are spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots including rabies, microchipped (transferred to new owner upon adoption) and licensed for Ventura County (transferred to the new owner upon adoption).

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder? When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
