Conrad Strays Cat Rescue and Adoption, Inc.
About Our Rescue Group
We are a no-kill cat rescue organization. We are all volunteer. Our cats are for adoption at each Petsmart (one in Meridian and one in Boise). If you are interested in a cat that is not currently at a Petsmart, you must call or email for an appointment to meet the cat in his or her foster home.
We believe in spaying and neutering as the only humane answer to the overpopulation of pets. Killing doesn't solve the problem.
Come Meet our Pets
Please visit the area Petsmart stores to visit with our cats or email to set up an appointment to meet other available cats and kittens.
Our Adoption Process
Our adoption requirements are as follow: We want our adopted cats and kittens to be adopted to indoor only homes and to familys who plan to make a lifetime commitment to the cat. Indoor only or with a secure outdoor enclosure ensures our treasured, beloved foster cats live long healthy lives.
Our adoption fees $50 to $60. Each cat is tested negative for FIV and Leukemia, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and some are microchipped.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat
or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder?
When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from
a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
