We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties: We are a very specialized cat rescue: • All of our cats are extracted directly from the Public Shelter when they are approach their "euth listing". • We can't save many cats so we observe and select cats with the greatest social and communication skills. * Every cat is put through a 10 day isolation condo period and are Vet examined, medicated as needed and professionally groomed.
We are located in central Las Vegas but we welcome out of state adopters.
Many Splendid Cats
About Our Rescue Group
We are workers and volunteers at the local Public Shelter, which is the largest in the United States.
Adult cats are not adopted quickly eenough and we lose many great cats. So, we observe every cat every day and tag those that have the best communication skills and the most even temperaments.
If a cat begins showing symptoms, we adopt it and take it to the Vet and then on to our shelter.
We have invested our life savings in this project. We are in the 501(c)3 process but have no hopes of any assistance until that completes in the next 6 months. The IRS moves slowly. Since we literally lose about $100 on each cat, we subsidize this with our own incomes.
We love the cats and we adore the great ones. That's why we are doing this.
Come Meet our Pets
Open daily except Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM or call 702-595-CATS for an appointment.
Our Adoption Process
Our contract is detailed. It prohibits declawing. It prohibits "outside cats".
While we can not enforce all the details, we encourage adopters to make lifelong provisions.
Our adoption fee for most cats is $75.00 with a 30 day full refund satisfaction guarantee. After the 30 days, we encourage adopters to make an additional donation of at least our cash investment in that cat. We do not follow up - we depend on generosity.
All our cats are microchipped and registered to us. This may be changed to the adopter at no charge or we offer a recovery service for which we charge $75.00 plus expenses.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat
or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder?
When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from
a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
