About Our Rescue Group
We are an all-volunteer organization. We do not have paid staff. Most of our volunteers have full-time jobs during the day so the best way to reach us is by email. We do our best to respond in a timely manner. As a private rescue, we do not receive public funds to finance our operations. We run solely on donations, which are spent on the care of our foster dogs.
Come Meet our Pets
We do not have a shelter or a kennel. All dogs are fostered in volunteer homes and treated as family pets. Because they are kept in foster homes, they are not available for public viewing. If you are interested in adopting a particular dog, please fill out an application. We will contact you promptly. Thank you.
Our Adoption Process
YTNR carefully screens adopters to find the best match for each dog. The adoption process includes an application form, reference checks, interview, and home visit.
Dog adoption and cat
adoption saves lives. Adopt
a dog or adopt a cat and
you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog
or puppy versus getting dogs for sale or puppies for sale from a dog breeder?
When someone is breeding puppies, they are creating new dogs who need homes.
Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog or puppy and they
think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale from
a puppy breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder, we encourage
people to adopt a dog or adopt a puppy at their local animal shelter, SPCA,
humane society or pet rescue group.
