About Our Rescue Group
We are a small family based rescue with a few volunteers. We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs and occasionally cats who have been displaced from their homes for a variety of reasons. We provide immediate medical to make sure they are as healthy as possible and place them in a family environment while waiting to find them a home. While with their foster families we can observe their behaviors and start basic training. This enables us to know our animals in order to place them in the appropriate homes. We are always in need of loving foster homes. The rescue provides the food, any vetting any and all supplies you will need while fostering one of our buddies while they wait for a forever home. We also provide training and will support you thru your journey as a foster. We believe in educating regarding the necessity to spay and neuter your pets and to adopt a shelter or rescue dog rather than buy. We are active in promoting legislature to stop puppy mills and dog fighting. We also are involved in trying to put an end to dogs living on the end of a chain you can contact us for more info on how you can help.

There is a contract required at the time of adoption. If for any reason you can not keep your commitment to the dog or cat you adopt the animal must be returned to rescue. Our adoption fee is $125.00 this fee includes rabies shot if appropiate, distemper combo shot, HW/Lymes test , fecal exam, spay/neuter, all of our dogs are on monthly flea/tick and HW prevention.

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder? When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
