We require a contract to be signed and a home visit. Our dogs are heartworm tested, neutered/spayed and all of the vaccinations will be up to date. They are also temperament tested. Our cat/kittens are vaccinated and tested for Feline Leukemia. If they are old enough they are spayed or neutered before adoption.
