I am a retired Law enforcement officer from Georgia that moved to East Alabama 4 years ago. I love dogs and started rescuing dogs and finding them homes. I rescue Death Row Dogs from kill shelters.I currently have 50 rescued dogs. I have over 5000 facebook fellow rescuers on my friends list and we all share information and save dogs together. I save dogs from Alabama and Georgia and take them to my rescue awaiting a forever home.

My dogs require a contract, back ground check and you have to have a fence for the dog. . No Fence, No Dog..No Vet reference, No Dog...I work too hard to let these dogs go to a home that using a rope/chain or has no fence.No crates.a crate is just a dang. cage. . I will take donations and dog food. I am not in this for making money, just to save these sweet soul....

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
