The shelter is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed state and federal holidays). Adoption fees are $15 for dogs/puppies and $10 for cats/kittens. When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes.
