Spayed or Neutered Dogs $100.00 (which is exactly what we pay for the spay and neutering plus shots, including rabies tag)
Unaltered puppies (too young to spay or neuter) are adopted for $25.00 plus a signed contract for future spay & neutering of the animal and we do require paperwork to be brought in after the animal is spayed & or neutered within the alloted time.
If an animals paperwork is not received within the required time, we will contact Animal Control to have the animal retrieved and brought back to us if it is not altered.
Application form must be filled out and reviewed. Application form authorizes West Star Ranch to visit the premises where the animal will be kept without prior contact.

About West Star Ranch
West Star Ranch Old Dog Rescue was established in 1995 by a woman named Elsie. She loved animals so much that her golden heart led her down the road of rescuing.
Elsie passed away a few years ago leaving her rescue to her son Terry.
West Star Ranch is a NO KILL 501 C3 Dog and Cat Rescue and is the only one of it's type in the town of Pahrump NV. Currently housing over 125 animals (dogs & cats) the rescue is at its all time capacity. Though we started out as an old dog rescue, we quickly acquired cats and pregnant dogs which were dumped over the fence. Hence we have puppies and kittens (During kitten season we always have some dumped or left in boxes).
West Star Ranch Old Dog Rescue has a wide variety of dogs available for adoption, ranging from labs, pits, shepherd mixes to husky mixes, including a short stout Corgi Mix. So our dogs range from small to large and some overly large.
West Star Ranch Old Dog Rescue has a Thrift Store on property which helps with the daily financial needs of caring for so many animals.
West Star Ranch holds fund raisers to help with the spaying and neutering of our animals.
