About Our Rescue Group
Our Mission and Adoption Process:

We are a nonprofit tax exempt organization whose purpose is to provide to as many of the unwanted and/or abandoned animals in our communities as we can, the opportunity to share their love and companionship with those individuals who are willing and able to do the same for them in return. This organization also serves the community in attempting to control the animal population.

Some of these animals are uwanted and/or abandoned because they have special needs and/or because they need special care that their owners are no able and/or willing to provide for for them. But many of these animals for no apparent reason and to no fault of their own, find themselves homeless and are in need of our help to seek proper placement and care. While waiting to be placed these animals are taken care of by "foster" families; families that are willing to give of themselves to temporarily house and care for the animals until such time they are adopted.

We strive to match these animals to their adoptive families to the best of our ability. Prior to being adopted the animals are spayed/neutered and receive their initial vetting; population being one of our main goals. We will adopt these animals to local people in our community as well as to those outside of our community.

The adoption process will involve the completion of an adoption application by the prospective adopter, an appropriate screening process, an acceptance of a donation to cover the animals spaying/neutering and initial vetting, and a follow up to ensure the adoption was a success for both the adopter and the animal.

Come Meet our Pets
We currently do not have a facility. All animals are with responsible, loving foster families until such time they are adopted.

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a dog, adopting a cat, adopting a kitten or adopting a puppy versus getting dogs for sale, cats for sale, puppies for sale or kittens for sale from a dog breeder or a cat breeder? When someone is breeding puppies or breeding kittens, they are creating new dogs and cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of dog, cat, puppy or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a dog for sale or buy a cat for sale from a puppy breeder or a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
