At the time of adoption, Indian Creek declares this pet to be healthy and outwardly free of parasites and disease. All medical care required for a puppy or kitten at this age has been performed. Any additional vaccines, deworming, heartworm preventative, and fleas and tick control are the responsibility of the owner. If your pet has not been spayed or neutered, you will be responsible for the cost. All pets adopted from Indian Creek must be spayed or neutered within a mutually agreed date/
