1. Interested party must meet with us and the pet they want to adopt.

2. Interested party must fill out an application for adoption and answer truthfully and with veterinary reference how they would take care of a pet adopted from us.

3. If the pet has not been vaccinated or altered the interested party must either agree to do the procedure here or provide contact and confirmation information for their primary veterinarian.

4. Interested party must pay the adoption fee before taking the pet off the premises.
