Pets at Our Rescue Group:
Cities, Towns, and/or Counties We Serve:We are a non-profit rescue group located in Western North Carolina. We rescue dogs in need of medical treatment, love and care. We are saving dogs one at a time, and placing them in a house to make it a home. We primarily rescue boxers, but there are also "other mutts" that just need help, and our hearts don't allow us to turn away.
About Our Rescue Group:We are located in Western North Carolina. We do adopt out of the area with transport, although, certain dogs have to be adopted locally, and that is always stated in the description. If you adopt a puppy out of our area or choose to use a different vet, we have an application amendment to be filled out as well for the spay/neuter & vaccine contract.
Donate to Our Rescue Group...Donations can be made via Paypal at firstname.lastname@example.org
Come Meet our Pets:All of our rescues are fostered in separate homes, as we do not have a facility yet. We do have occasional adoption events, which can be found on our website calendar at www.boxerbuttsandothermutts.org or on our Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/boxerbuttsandothermutts
Our Adoption Process:Our fees are:
$275 for 8 week to 6 months
$225 for 6 months to 1 year
$225 for 1 year to 6 years
$150 for seniors over 6 years old
*Unless otherwise noted
All of our rescues will be spay/neutered prior to adoption, unless they are under 6 months of age or recommended by our vet. All dogs will be micro chipped prior to adoption and come home with 2 months worth of Heart Worm Preventatives as well as a care package.
Our application process is as follows:
First an application should be filled out at our website www.boxerbuttsandothermutts.org on the Foster/Adoption Application page. A vet reference check is done to verify all the animals in the home are UTD on vaccines as well as Heart Worm Preventatives. A phone interview will be conducted, and the final step is a home check.
