Walk by Faith Ministry is a 501c3 non-profit organization that shares the Gospel as we minister the Lord's love to people and homeless dogs. We do this work because we love the Lord and his Creation, because we desire to serve the Lord by sharing the Gospel AND by serving a world in need. There are many facets to our ministry, which you can learn more about at www.walkbyfaithministry.com. As far as dogs are concerned, we have a special heart for those in dire need - the blind, deaf, dying, senior, handicapped, disabled, and more. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help you find the right dog for your family or if we can help you in any other way.

Come Meet our Pets:
We do not have an adoption facility. We have events periodically, but we usually introduce our dogs to the public by setting up appointments, home visits, and by wandering around the region with the dogs sporting their ADOPT ME vests. We love to stroll through festivals and events, to visit local businesses to say hello, and to play and run down the beach! Please do not hesitate to let us know about any events where you feel we would be welcome to attend, or to contact us for a "play date" on the beach.
Our Adoption Process:
Our adoption process comprises: application, references, home visit, and contract for approved adoptions. We reserve the right to refuse an adoption for any reason without explanation. We strive very hard to match the right dog with the right family. Our goal is not to adopt out as many dogs as possible, but instead to lovingly, prayerfully, and carefully find the best possible match between family and dog. For our special needs dogs that are not adoptable, or less adoptable, we provide safe and loving foster care in a sanctuary style setting. Our normal adoption fee is $100, though we regularly offer adoption specials. In January 2012, for instance, our fee is $50. Our fee includes spay/neuter, distemper and rabies vaccines, heartworm test, and any medical care provided prior to adoption.
Our Adopted Pets:
We have helped lots of pets connect with loving and caring owners. Check out our adopted pets list!
