About Our
Shelter:
Here at H.C.A.S. we are looking to find good homes for our animals. All animals coming from the shelter are up to date on all shots, health checked by a vet, and spayed/neutered.
Come Meet our Pets:
We are located in New Cumberland W.V. We try to go to Petsmart in Robison Pa. every weekend with adoptable dogs, provided we have enough volunteers. We also have adoptable cats that are housed at Petsmart.
Our Adoption Process:
Pre-adoption form, contract. Fees start at $155.00 for females and $140.00 for males. We accept cash, check, and charge.
