Pet adoption saves lives. Adopt a pet and you'll have a friend for life! Contact us, or contact another local humane society, animal shelter or SPCA.
*We are a no-kill group. The only time euthanasia is used is when advised by a veterinarian and that is for health related reasons.
*We are rescuers, but we do have limited space available. If we can help you in any way do not hesitate to contact us.
*IF you are positive that there is absolutely no way that you can keep your pet, then we will do what we can to help you find the right home. We can not always take the pet for you, due to limited space, but we will do what we can.
PLEASE NOTE: We are receiving emails from people regarding dogs and cats. We ONLY work with small animals, such as rats, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, sugar gliders, ect. As much as we love other animals, we do not have the space or setup to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding.
*All small animals available for adoption are to be **PETS ONLY**. We do not adopt to anyone with reptiles. We do understand the circle of life, and that snakes need to eat, but these babies are only for pets. A contract will be required at the time of adoption.
****NOTE**** We will offer special adoption events, that may include discounted adoption fees, throughout the year. They will be posted on this page.
Why should you adopt?
small animals can make wonderful pets, and rather than buying a small animal for sale or finding a small animal breeder, adopting a small animal from an animal shelter or rescue organization is the perfect way to add a small animal to your family. Keep in mind, there is a lot you will need to know when you provide a home for a small animal. You will need to learn what to feed them, how much exercise or attention your small animal needs, and many other important things about how to house and care for a small animal. There are different types of small animals including Chinchilla, Degu, Ferret, Gerbil, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Hedgehog, Mouse, Prairie Dog, Rat, Skunk, and Sugar Glider.
