About Our Rescue Group:Overview
The Animal Pad is a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue devoted to saving the lives of dogs facing euthanasia at high kill animal shelters. Our focus is on abused, neglected, injured, and otherwise special needs dogs; in addition to a focus on CA's overpopulated breeds, such as pit bulls, pit-mixes, and chihuahuas. We rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home locally.
We are dedicated to animal advocacy, and educating dog owners on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. We are a foster based rescue, and rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of the amazing people who make donations toward the rescue and care of the dogs we save.
We are always looking for adopters, fosters, donations, volunteers, etc.. Please let us know if you would like to get involved by contacting us at one of the email addresses found below.
If you have any questions, comments, or are interested in marketing, advertising, partnership, sponsorship, or otherwise, please contact us at the email address below.
If you're interested in adopting one of our dogs, or are looking for a specific size/breed that we do not have, please send us an email at the address below for an Adoption Application.
We are always looking for wonderful foster homes for our rescue dogs. Fostering is one of the most important and rewarding roles in animal rescue. TAP will provide all necessary items and veterinary care for your foster dog. If you're interested in fostering one (or more) of our dogs, please use the email address below to contact us. Feel free to include information about yourself, as well as the types/sizes/breeds of dogs you're interested in fostering.
*Note: If you see a dog in need that's being networked or otherwise, that you'd be willing to foster, and no rescue is backing the dog; send us a message on our Facebook page with a link to the animal and any conditions you have (ie: if you can foster short-tem or long-term).
If you'd like to volunteer for TAP to help with adoption events, networking, advertising, etc.. use the email address below.
Monetary and material donations are always welcome and needed. Please email the address below if you'd like to donate any items for our dogs (we desperately need crates, kennels, beds, toys, etc..). Use the same email address to make a PayPal donation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
