We are not a shelter and don't have a facility. We're a volunteer organization, focused on spay/neuter and rescuing homeless kittens from the streets of the LA neighborhoods of Silver Lake, Los Feliz & Echo Park.
Our rescue animals are cared for in private foster homes and you must email and provide a contact phone number to schedule an adoption meeting.

About Our Rescue Group:

We are NOT a shelter and do not have a facility. We're neighborhood volunteers focused on decreasing the number of unwanted animals by supporting spay/neuter and rescuing kittens from the streets of the Silver Lake, Los Feliz & Echo Park neighborhoods of Los Angeles.

Our Adoption Process:

A "forever home" is, a15 + year commitment, adopters will provide proof, animals are permitted at their residence. We require and adoption interview, home check, and do not adopt animals outside of the greater LA area. A legal adoption contract must be signed, which includes a 2-week trial adoption period.
Our medical reimbursement fee of $85 for a solo kitty or $100 for bonded pair and includes the following:

* Spay/neuter- no later than 4 months of age per L.A. law
* Vaccinations
* Deworming
* Flea treatment
* Health Check/Testing
* A 1 year member discount at The Urban Pet Stores
* A referral for microchipping ($15 at FixNation)

Why should you adopt?

Dog adoption and cat adoption saves lives. Adopt a dog or adopt a cat and you'll have a friend for life! What is the difference between adopting a cat or kitten versus getting cats for sale or kittens for sale from a cat breeder? When someone is breeding kittens, they are creating new cats who need homes. Some people are interested in a very specific breed of cat or kitten and they think the only way to find that specific breed is to buy a cat for sale from a kitten breeder. Yet animal shelters are filled with cats who must find homes. So rather than buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a cat or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
